1. MAKE 3 TIMES THE RENTAL AMOUNT- Only persons with verifiable credit records will considered- Only those with social security numbers would qualify. Total household income must be 3 x's of the rental amount
  2. PROVIDE PROOF OF INCOME AND EMPLOYMENT HISTORY-  Retired individuals must provide documentation of the ability to pay. No employment or less than 1 year must provide proof of 3 months rent in a verifiable bank account in applicants name.  Only medical expenses are excluded from when determining level of credit.
  3. DO NOT OWE OUTSTANDING BALANCES WITH PREVIOUS LANDLORDS OR MAJOR UTILITY COMPANIES - Have a positive rental history with minimal late payments. Evictions (paid or unpaid) may disqualify an applicant.
  4. PASS CREDIT AND CRIMINAL BACKGROUND in accordance to HUD/EHO and Donaree Village, LTD guidelines: Bankrupties must be discharged before consideration. Criminal background charges do not automatically discqualify an applicant.  Failure to provide truthful of falsifying information may disqualify applicants from consideration.
